The colour is yellow straw with green hues. The aroma is intense and fine, fruity and floral. It remembers the golden apples and green almonds. The scent of chamomile flowers is strong at the taste, completely in harmony.

33 - Bardolino DOC (Veneto)   €33

Bright ruby red. Hints of black cherry. Soft, fruit-forward with black-fruit and a bright and fresh finish. Meant to be enjoyed young. Ideal with fleshy fish, beef, lamb and red-sauced pastas. 


34 - Valpolicella "Ripasso" DOC (Veneto)   €36

Bright ruby red, intense fruity notes of cherries, dewberries, bilberries and plums together with suggestions of spices (pepper and cinnamon). Dry with notable structure. It has a rich taste of red fruits with light traces of sour cherry preserve and elegant spicy tones reminiscent of cinnamon, cloves and pepper. 


35 - Barbera D'Alba DOC (Piemonte)   €32

The colour is ruby red with purple hues. The scent is fresh with fruity notes reminiscent of blackberries, red fruit jam, spicy hints of vanilla and toasted hazelnut. The taste is full and rich with a barely noticeable acidity. The woody note is well mixed with the remaining sensations. 


38 - Sangiovese - Cabernet Sauvignon IGT (Toscana)   €35

Intense ruby-red with purple hues. Black cherries and spice. Rich with soft tannins delivering persistent black-fruit flavours and subtle hints of smoke with a lingering finish. 


39 - Chianti Classico DOCG (Toscana)   €45

Ruby-red. Intense with notes of cherries, plums and violets. Rich flavours of cherry and leather. Supple tannins and good acidity.


40 - Rosso di Montalcino DOCG (Toscana)   €49

Brilliant ruby-red colour. This classic Rosso offers sumptuous aromas of ripened blackberries and dark cherries. On the palate the wine is generously well rounded and rich with fruit-forward notes complimented by hints of leather and mesquite.


42 - Montepulciano DOP (Abruzzo)   €27

Dry yet mellow with smooth tannins and delicious aromas of black cherries, strawberries and herbs. An excellent complement to a date night or casual evening enjoyed with Italian cheeses or red meats.


46 - Primitivo IGP (Puglia)   €30

This wine has a deep, ruby-red colour with a nose of blackberry fruits and spices. Full, warm, rich - almost seductive cassis flavours on the palate and a pleasing length. 


48 - Nero d 'Avola IGT (Sicilia)   €31

This wine is an intense ruby-red in colour with aromas of ripe black cherries and blackberries and hints of vanilla, peppery spice and smoke. On the palate abundant flavours of ripe fruit and exotic spices are balanced by a pleasing acidity and silky tannins.

60 - Amarone DOC   €79

Lovely, elegant nose. Good definition. Cohesive palate. Straight and pure with dark fruit. Nice balance with acidity and long length.


70 - Barbaresco DOCG   €78

Ruby-red in colour with garnet highlights. Aromas of dried cherries and rose petals are complemented by undertones of violets, liquorice, vanilla and spices. On the palate this wine is medium-bodied and rich with flavours of tart cherries, rose petals and hints of truffles with a long, impressive finish.


80 - Barolo DOCG   €75

Garnet colour with orange hues that become more intense over time. Intense scent of red fruit and violets. The taste is full, wide and velvety with a finish of spices and a hint of vanilla. Piedmont is also famous for its white truffles, great meat, hearty stews, cheeses and all sorts of chestnut and hazelnut tortes. Barolo is suited to complement these substantial flavours.

To be uncorked and decanted at least one hour before tasting.


90 - Brunello di Montacino DOCG   €85

Young Brunello: Imagine a smart, somewhat cocky, flamboyant, young brunette. This is young Brunello. Wines are packed with fruit and flower flavours including cherries, dried cranberry, wild strawberry, blackberry, violets, potpourri and liquorice. When you taste it, Brunello di Montalcino exudes earthy notes of espresso and tilled soil along with mouth-gripping tannins. It's a bold wine but because of the high acidity it ends on a tart, astringent note that will have you licking the insides of your mouth. This astringency is why most wine experts suggest a drink-by window several years after its release date.

Old Brunello: Now that the wine has aged and been softened by time our Brunello is more ravishing than ever. With 10+ years of age, Brunello di Montalcino drops the fresh fruit flavours to reveal sweeter notes of dried figs, candied cherries, hazelnuts and sun-baked leather. The tannins turn chocolaty and the acidity is succulent.
